This is part two of three in our beginner-friendly "Starting to Garden" series. Please sign up for each part you plan on attending. Join Rachel Perrino, co-founder of the Little Tree Homestead, to learn how to get started from the beginning. Whether you have no beds in place and no idea where to start or if you have been gardening for a while, whether you want to just dip your toe in or rip out your whole yard, Rachel will get you comfortable growing your own food in these unique Central Florida growing conditions.

Part two will be an interactive discussion on everything you need to know about seeds and plants. How do choose varieties that do best here in Florida? When do we plant what? How do we sow seeds for transplanting vs directly in your beds or containers? How do we transplant successfully? Bring you questions and concerns and Rachel will help you get ready to start your gardening journey on the right foot.

This will be an outside, hand's on class so bring a hat for shade and a water bottle.
